    • Liturgical Ministry

      LECTORS proclaim the reading during liturgies. This ministry requires a commitment to a schedule, preparation time before the weekend, and comfortable speaking in front of large crowds. If you wish to be considered as a lector in our parishes please contact the office at etcfp@dol.ca or 519-842-3224 or 519-875-4438.
      SACRISTANS prepare the liturgical books, vessels and sanctuary for all liturgies. This ministry requires an attention to detail, knowledge of liturgical norms and practices and a willingness to adapt to change.       TECHNICAL SUPPORT personnel assist the pastoral team in technical roles of videotaping, live-streaming, creating video feed to other areas in the parish, sound concerns, social media and website assistance. If you have technical skill you would like to share with the parishes, please contact the office at etcfp@dol.ca or 519-842-3224 or 519-875-4438.
       

    • Welcome Home Ministry

      The Welcome Home Ministry serves the parish by ensuring  our parishioners’ safely at our Churches during the COVID protocols.  Some duties include:

      • Greeting in the parking lot
      • Checking in our registered guests for Sunday Masses, Baptism Liturgies, Funeral Masses, weddings and scheduled Sacramental Masses
      • Ensuring all parishioners adhere to the Diocesan protocols – social distancing, hand sanitizer, seating assignments
      • Cleaning  the Church after  dismissal

    • Music Ministry

      Music is essential to all our celebrations. During the re-opening and under the COVID protocols, choirs are not allowed at this time. If you wish to be contacted once choirs can resume please contact the office at etcfp@dol.ca or 519-842-3224 or 519-875-4438.

    • Money Counters

      Parishioners who wish to assist with counting the collection need to be screened through the Called Gifted & Sent Volunteer Program. Money Counters need good math skills, easily follow instructions  and must commit to a schedule.
