    • Liturgical Ministry

LECTORS proclaim the reading during liturgies. This ministry requires a commitment to a schedule, preparation time before the weekend, and comfortable speaking in front of large crowds. If you wish to be considered as a lector in our parishes please contact the office at etcfp@dol.ca or 519-842-3224 or 519-875-4438.

SACRISTANS prepare the liturgical books, vessels, and sanctuary for all liturgies. This ministry requires attention to detail, knowledge of liturgical norms and practices, and a willingness to adapt to change. If you would like more information about this ministry please contact the office at etcfp@dol.ca or 519-842-3224 or 519-875-4438.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT personnel assist the pastoral team in technical roles of videotaping, live-streaming, creating video feed to other areas in the parish, sound concerns, social media, and website assistance. If you have the technical skills you would like to share with the parishes, please contact the office at etcfp@dol.ca or 519-842-3224 or 519-875-4438.

    • Altar Servers

Altar Servers are children or teenagers who assist a priest during Mass. Altar Servers are Jesus’ ‘friends’, usually young people full of enthusiasm and willingness to take part in the activities of the Church by offering their contributions of love and devotion.

      Greeting in the parking lot
Checking in our registered guests for Sunday Masses, Baptism Liturgies, Funeral Masses, weddings, and scheduled Sacramental Masses
Ensuring all parishioners adhere to the Diocesan protocols – social distancing, hand sanitizer, seating assignments
      Cleaning  the Church after  dismissal
